1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for 1st Shift at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work independently within your area of responsibility.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
