Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Associate Director, you will be a key player in our Analytics & Insights team, leading advanced analytics methodologies to derive actionable insights and drive business decisions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing cutting-edge analytics tools to enhance brand performance and market understanding.
Responsibilities
- Lead the application of advanced analytics to generate insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share strategic insights and drive brand performance.
- Analyze key brand metrics to support national-level business management.
- Represent the voice of the customer by synthesizing marketplace insights.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and business partners.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $152,000-$228,000.
