Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join our dynamic team. This strategic leadership role involves collaborating with medical and commercial leaders, managing and inspiring a team of Medical Science Liaisons, and ensuring field-based medical support aligned with our research and business objectives in Hematology-Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to MSLs in cultivating thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine.
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop MSLs to support high performance.
• Maintain territory engagement plans and ensure adherence to strategic direction for the Jazz Oncology Franchise.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent, with Oncology experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with team management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and up to 60% travel required.

Equity & Compensation

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity employer committed to fair compensation practices. The base pay range for this role is $188,000-$282,000. Additional benefits include a discretionary annual bonus, equity grants, medical, dental, vision insurance, and more.
