Associate Director, Analytics & Insights

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Associate Director, you will lead our Analytics & Insights team in applying cutting-edge methodologies to drive business decisions and analyze market performance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations.
• Apply advanced analytics to generate novel insights.
• Implement analytical solutions for business opportunities and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market insights and strategic analysis.
• Analyze key brand metrics and provide actionable data for business management.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
• Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., Symphony, IQVIA, EHR).
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key business partners.

• Routine extended periods of sitting.
• Continuous use of office equipment like computers and telephones.

Work Environment
