Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ: JAZZ) is seeking an Executive Director, Late Development Team Lead, Oncology to join the team. As the Late Development Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Late Development Team (LDT) to establish and execute global product strategy in late-stage drug development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader of cross functional LDT(s) from POC to approval.
• Establish a vision and strategy for the product with the LDT.
• Develop global Integrated Product Development Plans and oversee regulatory filings.
• Lead team accountability and effectiveness, promoting team cohesiveness.
• Mobilize and align the organization to execute on the approved product strategy.

Requirements

• +15 years global multi-disciplinary drug development experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• Proven success in leading development programs and balancing risks with speed.
• Prior experience in late phase Solid Tumor Oncology drug development.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
