Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead our Late Development Team in the Oncology sector at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Late Development Team Lead, you will have a crucial role in shaping the late product lifecycle strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product approvals. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Late Development Team in developing and executing global product strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize product development opportunities for patient value.
- Participate in strategic planning processes and governance reviews.
- Mentor team members, provide strategic guidance, and align resources for effective execution.
- Drive team accountability, resolve conflicts, and promote team cohesiveness.
Requirements
- Over 15 years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech.
- Proven track record in leading late-stage drug development programs.
- Experience in Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $253,600-$380,400, with additional potential for bonuses, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits packages.
