Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager for Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence. This role requires exceptional organizational and project management skills and involves collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver the US Medical Affairs training objectives and field excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background in the assigned therapeutic area(s) and experience in designing and implementing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop scientific training curriculum and capabilities.
• Design strategic training plans for USMA teams and onboarding new hires.
• Conduct continuous training for field Medical in respective territories.
• Maintain and update training content with the latest trial data and disease state information.
• Evaluate and refine training programs to maximize adult learning.
• Participate in the development and refinement of the capabilities of the assigned Medical team.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, MD).
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas desirable.
• Experience in adult learning education and training design.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in LMS and proprietary software.

Salary

Base pay range: $148,000-$222,000. Total compensation includes competitive benefits, annual cash bonus, and equity grants.
