1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
