1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role offers up to $19.00-$23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The position requires working on the 1st Shift with a 7:00 AM start time.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and consult on product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently within the warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding tasks.
