Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptable and positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Efficiently organizes and executes tasks.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds frequently.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to follow instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
