Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in varying temperatures.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment is a plus.
