1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's cleanliness and order. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to contribute to a productive and safe work environment.

Shift Details

• Shift Timing: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
• Schedule B: Work both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and relocate incoming stock accurately.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Clean and organize the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and communicate any issues to warehouse management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.
