Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. If you are detail-oriented, able to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input on process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
