Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting items up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating warehouse equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments.
