1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in handling and organizing merchandise efficiently to meet store orders and maintain warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and swiftly.
• Rearrange merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to management.
• Work independently within assigned responsibilities and support warehouse goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring efficient operations.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks in different temperature environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
