1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, cleaning the warehouse, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk in various temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
