We are currently hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
