We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring the efficient receiving, sorting, and shipping of merchandise. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
