1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour. The shift for this role is 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM.

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Rotating schedule working on both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks with 2 consecutive weekdays off.
• Schedule C: Rotating schedule working on both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend with 2 weekdays off.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocating merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sorting, organizing, loading, and unloading merchandise.
• Performing general cleaning duties and maintaining warehouse appearance standards.
• Participating in warehouse inventory counts.
• Interacting effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates, demonstrates a positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes efficiently.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and moving product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
