1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse operations and ensuring the smooth movement of merchandise.

Shift Information

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:15 AM start time

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, frequently.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
