Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and organizing merchandise, ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious work habits and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
