Warehouse Associate Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling stock, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Shift Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM start time)
- Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
- Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
