1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. The position offers 1st shift hours, with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on the schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock and maintaining warehouse operations according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, relocate, and load merchandise as per warehouse guidelines.
• Organize warehouse inventory and prepare shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Inspect product quality and assist in process improvements.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Engage in various physical activities in different warehouse environments.
