Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Offer input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and address any safety or sanitation concerns.
- Operate equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of merchandise.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
