1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in efficiently organizing and managing stock, fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory control. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical stamina to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
