Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of our warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
