Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and within company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
