Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting with inventory counts. This role requires attention to detail, collaboration with team members and suppliers, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow warehouse procedures and policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and environments.
