1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. This role involves working approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Inspect product quality and provide feedback.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious work ethic, collaboration, positivity, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
