Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment within the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to enhance warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
