1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a valuable member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise, ensuring proper inventory management, and contributing to a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by strategically loading merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Suggest improvements to optimize warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 45 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse operations and powered industrial equipment operation preferred.
