Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped according to guidelines and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and fulfill orders accurately.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and take necessary actions.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds of product.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
