Job Title: 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality/safety concerns.
• Act independently and assist in achieving goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ergonomic guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
