1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading retail company. This role offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and involves various schedules and responsibilities within the warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperature environments and operate industrial equipment safely.
