1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on the shift schedule. As a warehouse associate, your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise strategically, performing general cleaning duties, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure operational efficiency and product quality. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to company policies, maintain compliance standards, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Job Qualifications

Applicants should be at least 18 years old and demonstrate competencies in conscientious work, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements

The role requires frequent lifting of product up to 45 pounds, movement of merchandise, and operation of powered industrial equipment. Candidates should be able to perform tasks in varying temperatures and physical environments.
