Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate and organize merchandise in line with warehouse guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, and teamwork.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
