Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise in adherence to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting and movement of products.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
