Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Warehouse Associate on the 1st Shift, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, handling incoming and outgoing merchandise, and contributing to overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
