We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise from inbounding to outbound processes. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements to the warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
