1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate and contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will work less than 30 hours per week, receiving a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. You will be responsible for selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Collaboration, communication, and a positive attitude are key to excelling in this position. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in various temperatures.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
