1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Collaborate with management to suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety awareness, and teamwork.
• Handles pressure and changes positively.

• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
