1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse employees work under 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure success in your role.

• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, and efficient.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
