1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
