Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules based on warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise daily job activities of warehouse personnel.
• Oversee inbound and outbound product handling to maintain compliance.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
