Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership. The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older, possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
