Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders efficiently and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, operating equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
