1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and follow warehouse protocols.
