Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The role involves working closely with team members and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective communication.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
