Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
