1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi. The position offers up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour and an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks such as receiving incoming stock, merchandise organization, loading/unloading shipments, inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance and safety.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
